Week 4
Finally it's here...
Hill/Hell Week!!!
The last Monday of the four week session. Everyone knows that means Hill Week is here. As long as you have been keeping up with the exercices the previous three weeks, you never have a problem this week. Your muscles have become accustomed to the demands that the hill exercises will place on them. Your lungs will handle the extra aerobic demands without hesitation and your body will have quick recovery provided you have not been sneaking alcohol, fatty foods and other generally poor nutritional choices.
Here is your week four fit tip. The changes that you have been experiencing over the last three weeks have not come easy to some people. Depending what your goals are and how committed you are to them will determine how long these changes will remain within you. When I weighed over two hundred pounds I was committed to loosing that weight. I ate proper nutritionally sound foods, I exercised responsibly and stuck with it. No one is going to question the piece of cake or the beer except you! No ne is going to care if you don't do cardio exercise today, except you. The weight you gained didn't suddenly appear...just like it won't dissapear. Committment to your goals and to your health are all up to you.
